How can I join a clan invasion with a friend if we are on different clan contrancts or better how do u join generally as a team if u aren't in a unit ? Please help and big thx.

They're changing things so people not in a unit will be able to join grouped. However, you will still need to be in the same faction, that's pretty much non-negotiable. One of you can cancel your contract, then join the other faction.
Currently, you need to be in the same unit.
