Random team assortment with no Elo handholding should be the baseline.

Most team oriented and fair?
Match score + Team Average Match Score. You get what you earn, and you get the average of your team.
Keep it at best ten matches, but count both losses and victories. Even keep the tiebreakers as they are now.
Kills are still important, invidual performance is still important, but role warefare, good use of scouting, UAV's, spotting, NARCs, all of it can contribute. You can rack up a good individual score for helping your team, and having the whole team perform well works in your favor.

(Damage done * match weapon accuracy) / mechweight + ( 2 * killing blows) + Assist kills
