Whenever I look at the patch, there is no agree button at the bottom. Nothing is cut off though. Please help!

As is common with Terms of Use agreements, one must scroll to the bottom of the contract before being able to click agree. Glad you got it sorted out.

As stated, feel free to ask anything you like.
The game's tutorial is rather lackluster and hastily thrown together. It is there to help you with the basic controls but leave you rather in the dark about anything else. (And they know it, but they are very occupied with getting a huge chunk of content into the game; specifically the universe in which to put context to all the fighting).
