Any investigation into player abuse has to be monitored over a period of time. They can't just take someone's word on it. Even if you have a screen shot accidents happen so they have to determine if this person is a repeat offender, it was an accident, or whatnot.

In short be patient.

I provided information and a suite of screenshots of one player shooting his teamates. Valid proof

I'll echo Nick86's response here. I had to report a player this weekend (multi-game team killer). Submitted screenshots, etc... and received both a confirmation letter, and a second final status report within the hour. Note the time stamps on the responses...

Screenshots sadly does proof not make. It still has to be verified and screenshots can be faked.

I can speak from experience.

There are TKers that just dont know what they are doing and TKers you know are TKing on purpose. It takes time and a step back and a deep breath to tell the difference.

I am a very patient person. I don't submit Tk tickets just because. But I record every match. When I see someone TKing on purpose and submit a ticket. I dont care if its against me, my team or the enemy Tking eachother. I can say PGi takes it to heart. I have never seen someone I have reported for Tking in game since.

Accidents happen and egos and emotions run out of control when added to some of the "durr red charge red durrr red mesa seesa red me not pay attention someone kill me mesa report gurrrrr not me fault". Aint no body got time for red hot angry cant step back spur of the moment reports.

Yes the issue was dealt with. The Tker got an email explaining correct game etiquette, that they ignored and then continued playing - Tking again when they felt like. I know of a number of Tkers still in-game, as long as they dont just TK it's all good

OP, like many said, check your spam folder. If you don't see it in there, try re-forwarding the ticket (maybe it didn't go through). Or, let's face it, they are people too and people just plain screw up. It might have gotten skipped over by accident.

In any case, I'd check the spam filter and if it isn't in there, re-submit. Sometimes it takes a few days for them to respond, it shouldn't take a week.

I contacted support regarding a few questions before I made a purchase

Didn't get an answer after about a week I spent my money telling myself "the hell with it, me like some nice things as well"
They apologized and as a "compensation" for my wait time and unanswered questions I got a month of banked premium time.
Thumbs up, can't complain.

Maybe TK's should be reported by more than 1 individual.
How would they know if it was legit otherwise, or not just a childish misunderstanding.
I've seen it all in this game.
TK's for fun, trigger happy, not knowing, personnel vendettas.
Ahh those times, back in the day of only pug que.
lights being all smoky and running right in my blazing guns, through heavy crossfire, popping wide open and complaining about getting killed.

Hell I've seen people complaining about PGI being all about reaping in cash, and complaining some time later about PGI giving out stuff for free.


That being said.
Nvidias shadowplay has been a boon for me in such regards, nice recording the whole thing with the press of a button.


Also for the argument of taking screenshots being prone to fakes.
Well
someone should realy get a life if they feel the need to fake such things in a game that's free to play.
PGI also says in such things that they check on the games logs on the servers if and what happened.
If they do than good luck faking that one together with a screenshot.
