One of the more interesting things about the BT universe are the various unit sourcebooks. These are basically an outline of the history of the unit detailing changes in command, high & low points of the unit, campaigns and battles. etc.

Most of the stuff could be auto-generated from data stored on the servers which would give long running units that most coveted of gems: history.

This would also give players a kind of immortality that could continue to exist long after that player has stopped playing or moved onto other games. Being able to come back to MWO and read up on their old unit to see what has happened would be extremely cool.

And again this sort of thing could be assembled entirely by automated computer code. What also be very interesting would be a printed series of sourcebooks based on each year using print on demand services.
