As stated in the title great work PGI on the speed in which support emails are answered I sent a question and had my answer in about 12 hours which is just phenomenally fast as most support I have come across usually take a week if not longer. So yeah great job and keep up the good work!

Post IGP support is like god rays of holiness and rainbows of joy and honey compared to that joke of a support team before. It's nice being treated like a human being again instead of piece of statistical ****.
