Many MMOs and other shooters include statistics for how long you have spent in game, but Mechwarrior doesn't. I'm genuinely curious to see how many hours I've put into this game since I started playing in Open Beta and how it compares to other games I own.

Currently the only time statistics are those for time in mechs or time with weapons equipped. I probably could add up each mech's play time and get a rough idea, but between 20 or so mechs and a combination of archived and not archived stats, I'm not about to do that any time soon.

Would anyone else like to see a simple stat like this logged somewhere?

as far as what you actually said, after trying to read it 4 times and getting distracted by blinky button....what was i saying....oh yeah....i'd be good with a total game time clock...if they've kept track of it in the past.

he's wanting a "total time played" at the bottom so he doesn't have to math....i have 50+ mechs at this point...not to mention the archived stats...

Do the maps then only 14 to add up Looks like i wasted around 6 weeks of my life from the last time it was reset.

Add on 75% more time for waiting for the game to start

If your married (or similar) and looking at a divorce you've played to much.

If you aren't looking at divorce you haven't played enough and can get a few more drops in.

If you're not in a relationship, who cares. Or you should play less and get out more.

With 9000+ drops on the books for me it doesn't really matter any more.

As of today, 5 June 2016, before playing anything at all, since July 2012, including Archived time...

21 days, 10 hours, 57 minutes, 26 seconds

I honestly thought that number would be a whole lot higher, but I know there are people out there who have at least three months total play time, and perhaps more. I've even got quite a bit more time on CW maps than I was expecting to have.

PGI, may we please have a total time played counter? Thank you.

I got 1036h , only counted the hours and rounded when the minute was high.

Yea i was gonna say, i use mad stats so maybe i have an extra column but TIME PLAYED on the MAP STATS page is a great way to see how much of your life you have wasted here with Russ and Paul.

Im over 800 hours and counting....

Last time I calculated it out, it was about 25 straight days worth of play time.

That was five months ago, I've put on about 230 hours since.

I'm not certain why Archived time wouldn't be relevant... however, let's just say I have less time than I put up, before, hehe. You 'Mech-a-holics and your shooty-robotness, I'm tellin' ya.
