Lol, I have a CD module 4 on my CERPPC.....CD Mod 3 on the LPL....

Why? So I can be more sure I will have atleast something to fire back at the enemy when the time arises. Nothing worse then sitting there whistling dixie, waiting for a cool down while the enemy mercilessly reams you in the rear, while your waiting for reload......

To much time playing WoT with tanks who have 8-10s reloads.......its painful getting circle jerked by mediums while you wait for that anemic reload...

Plus the PPC mod is in hopes that the Whorehawk gets buffs that makes the CERPPC even better on it.

Well, when I'm dancing in my partyback with imp cooldown mods on, my small pulse lasers have a 1.98 recycle time... at 31 damage a shot with no ghost heat and next patch will up that time and increase my cooling,then the increase damage to 4...36 alpha. ...
