I'm always a fan of free stuff, but a win or loss isn't necessarily an indicator of effort/skill, particularly when pugging. I would be more interested in rewards based on the new achievements system. Something Christmas themed, like:
Gift giver: 10x most damage on mech without kill - 1 cockpit item.
etc.

Idea needs work but I like where you're coming from.

I just wouldn't base it on wins because wins are not the easiest reward for casuals like myself.
