Sent in 4 tickets recently. 0 tickets listed, 0 emails, 0 emails in junk. Have several friends who sent in tickets, no replies to them either. What gives PGI?

i also have tried to put in tickets 2 on Thursday and 2 on Friday. they have never shown up in my active tickets area. no emails, no ingame messages. WTH?

The tickets do get through, PGI just has a huge backlog. IGP was handling the support, and when PGI cut off relations, PGI had to handle the tickets. I sent one in a while back, and it took 20 days for a response. Still better than some companies I've had to deal with. Also more polite overall. If it's a critical failure, you might get some premium time or something for your waiting.
