Has there been a date set for when the Invasion pre-order/package will be taken down?

If so and I have purchased a lower level of it, will I be able to upgrade to the Masakari pack?

If I've already purchased the Gargoyle Wave 2 pack and then purchase the Masakari pack afterwords, that will still count for awarding me the Mad Dog, correct?

1) Not that I know of
2) You can still upgrade it last I checked (and should be able to for as long as the page is up I would think)

Previously with the Pheonix package they told us when was the last date to order before they took it down. I'm also assuming they'll do the same with the rest.
