I know that Thanksgiving is basically an American concept, still I find myself looking forward to this time of year.
Well there goes my diet.
So many choices of what to eat. Turkey, Ham, Potatoes, Cheese, etc. But what I think I like most are the hot buttered rolls.
It is also a time of year when families gather, offer thanks, and share a meal. In today's world that's important. We are on the go so much these days. Hurry to work. Hurry to school.
Thanksgiving is a moment for us to take and pause, to be with those we call our family.
I wish everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving. It will soon be upon us.

That and the lack of (forgot the term I was looking for....) marketing(?) like Halloween and Christmas get is part of what makes it one of the best holidays of the year.

MmMMmm to me Thanksgiving is a time to stock our deep freeze with many low priced turkeys to have throughout the year.
