[SURUBAMAN]

I've been hosed so many times when I am trying to launch an artillery, I think I've sent it, then I realize I'm in cooldown from someone else's artillery request. You'd think it would be SUPER EASY to implement a simple warning when an arty request is denied due to cooldown. Something like Betty saying "Artillery strike unavailable," or a simple buzz like the one that happens when you try to fire streaks without a lock. That way I won't be sitting there wondering why my arty isn't coming. This same complaint goes for air strikes. Please fix this! It's super frustrating.
