streaks... the final frontier. to boldly blow up what no man has blown up before...

honestly, it makes sense, LRMs beong effected by ECM, but streaks? no... as long as you can keep a line of sight on the enemy, streaks should be able to fire and seek appropriately.

-ECM in countermode
-PPCs
