Hey!
I`ve been having this issue since the map`s release.
The screen used to freeze but it was easily fixed by ALT+Tab, but since about a month doing this leads to a crash.

As you can tell this is very frustraiting, it happends random during the match, and gets me killed like 1/3 of times. :(

My video card is a GTX 650 ti, latest drivers

(I alredy saw some post with similar issues wit the map on the forum but the problem persists)

I had a similar situation too.. where using the Alt + Tab button would fix the video lockup/audio continues playing problem and now it just makes the video screen black.

I messed with my nvidia config where most of it is application-controlled and now haven't had any video lockup issues anymore (knock on wood)

Here is my setup for Global:
I have a NVidia 650
Ambient Occlusion - Off
Anisotropic filtering - Application-controlled
Antialiasing - FXAA - Off
Antialiasing - Gamma correction - On
Antialiasing - Mode - Application-controlled
Antialiasing - Setting - Application-controlled
CUDA - GPUs - All
DSR - Factors - Off
DSR - Smoothness - Off
Maximum pre-rendered frames - Use the 3D application setting
Multi-display/mixed-GPU acceleration - Multiple display performance mode (Even though I only have one monitor it seems to work better with it on Multi)
Power Management Mode - Adaptive
Shader Cache - On
Texture filtering Anisotropic sample optimization - Off
Texture filtering - Negative LOD bias - Allow
Texture filtering - Quality - Quality
Texture filtering - Trilinear optimization - On
Threded optimization - Auto
Triple buffering - On
Vertical sync - Use the 3D application setting
Virtual Reality pre-rendered frames - 1

As for the video settings in the game itself I have everything set to either Low or Medium setting. Sure it makes the image a bit more cartoonish but at the same time I'm able to not have as many problems as if I have everything set to High/Very High.

I hope that helps resolve your lock-up issue.
