when i run the game the extremely loud loading screen noises make my subwoofer blow air like a hair dryer, how can i eliminate those sounds?the front end sound checkbox didnt seem to work.

You mean the intro movies? Those cannot be silenced, except by cancelling the movies. Pressing Esc or Space works to cancel them.
Or, since you know they're coming, mute your sound for a few seconds each time you load MW:O.
