Russ's post indicated Clan ER-Small would return to 5 damage while the Clan Small Pulse would be up'd to 6 damage. In the patch notes I do not see a change log for Clan ER-Small moving from 4 to 5 damage.

Looks like this was an oversight in the patch notes. C-ER SML Laser DMG is now at 5.
