Revamp Testing Grounds To Include More Mechs

This would be great to allow some minor customisation to testing grounds.

At the moment we can only select maps, with pre-assigned mechs.

If I could only ask for one improvement it would be:
- included ALL available mechs

next would be...It would be great to allow players to also select:
- number of mechs
- which mechs are included ... both IS and Clan.

since I can... an more ideal solution would be to have the previous additions, and also have a "codex" whereby you can get:
- some lore
- a model of one variant (I can't see why you couldn't have them all, but I'm not greedy) that is all pimped up, that you could rotate
- a 4d wire model, with hitboxes highlighted

Also, as a BONUS it would be really cool if we had to 'gather intel' to unlock mechs in the codex/testing grounds.
this could work by giving 3-5 levels of unlockable information. The levels could be in number of kills or just engagements.

Anyway... just to be able to have more mechs in testing grounds would be great.
