so the quirks were nerfs then?

They fire faster and do more heat

I don't think so. Russ stated no nerfs, only buffs. He did say in his thread that negative numbers are meant to portray a swing against the mechanic. Lemme do some looking and I'll update when I find it.

EDIT: OK, so I can't find it. I went 5 pages back into Russ' Dev Tracker. I KNOW I saw it though, maybe a mod can provide.....

You flipped them around the quirks are:

Missile Weapon Heat Generation -10%
Missile Weapon Cooldown +10%

dont forget the 9% dmg nerf. Really they got nothing unless you run srms or streaks. Goodluck running them without any arm quirks. People just blow your arms off in seconds.
