I'll go first: I was thinking that any IS Mech with a single missile slot should get a 20% LRM velocity buff. Why?
Multirange Mechs are weaker because they don't specialize: doing a bit of everything means your not good at anything. This would go a little ways in weakening that property. I think it would be cool.

I think Locusts and Commandos should not require 10 heat sinks to be valid. Maybe 7.

An interesting quirk would be something that affects modules. Let's pick a Mech like the YLW for an example. It could have a quirk that boosts the effectiveness of modules by 5%. Let's say that you equip a Cool Shot, UAV, Target Info Gathering, and Radar Dep. Radar Dep would not be affected since it is a hard "ON/OFF" kind of module. Either you are out of LOS or not. However, the others would get a 5% boost to their performances. Target Info Gathering would get an extra 5% to it's targeting speed, the Cool Shot would have a 5% boost to its cooling, and the UAV would get a 5% boost to its range, lifespan, and hit points.
Similar effects for other modules would be 5% bonus to Enhanced Zoom, Targeting Decay, range for Seismic Sensor, Cap Accelerator, etc.
This would be an interesting way of encouraging certain chassis uses for Commanders and further developing the roles we have already established. It may help a bit with role warfare with respect to the role of a Commander too. As it stands, we don't have a lot with regard to that; just with regard to sniping, LRMing, brawling, scouting, etc.

Faster target info for Skirmishers could be cool.

I think theyve gotten rid of the 1 tube points with the hardpoint visual pass.

Ah, sorry. I wasn't refurring to tubes but referring to mechs like the Thunderbolt 5SS or 9S or Atlas K which has a single Missile Hardpoint. By "slot" I meant "hardpoint."

I don't think that messing with the modules would be a good idea.
However I do think that some Mechs might have a buff to armor in general, or should I say an effectiveness of their armor.

I agree 100% with ya man! I think it would be a nice QUIRK. My Atlas-K uses an LRM10 w/artemis, 2 tons ammo. It would 20% LRM speed would be great. its ONLY (1) LRM10. lol
