Sure I get the fact that face time doesn't give you much room to hold locks, but with that 360 module within 200 meters you don't have too. That is guaranteed Lrm support coming in to help you with whomever you are dueling.

360 doesn't. One of the more bugged modules. Never had it hold lock past about 75 degrees, and for sure not past 90.

Because Radar Dep is mandatory and I find Seismic far more useful.

What would make it useful is if it gave you LOS in a 360 degree area. So if something walks up behind you you can "see" it on your radar the same as if it was in front of you.
360 vision would be useful.

Radar Dep and Seismic are just better than all the other options. If I have a third slot, I favor TIG.
