No but you can buy them with MC. Except the variant given out to top tier pack purchasers.

no its a top tier reward right now, eventually for regular sale. it wont be al'la carte

People who get it as a reward will only be getting the one variant anyways. They'll still have to pay for the other two if they want to master it.

And that seems pretty lame. Yes the gift is nice but you're giving it in a way that clearly promotes business over fun. Why not have the IS mech variants immediately available for CB and MC?

The reward variant comes out on the 16th of December, on the same day they will also be available for MC; so that way the people getting the free variant can actually master them by just purchasing the other two variants. In January, if I remember correctly, they will then be available for Cbills.

Reward mechs are just available early. I assume that the Centurion AH, Atlas-S, and King Crab will become available for MC and C-bills later on.

Even normal mech releases are MC first and then for C-bills later on.

I think if you buy an ala carte mech you still get the king crab.

I dunno for certain though.
I'm also not certain if you get the king crab + 2 other varients or if it's just one mech?
I don't know anymore.
Too much is going on.

No. You have to buy a top tier package to get the (one) King Crab.

Legendary Founders, Overlord tier Phoenix (Sabre not included), Masakari tier Clan, Man-O-War tier Clan Wave 2, and Wrath tier Resistance all qualify for a King Crab. If you've purchased any one of those you will get one.

Why would you want to buy $55 mech when $80 get you 4 (12) IS mechs + the crab?! Makes no sense! cough up 25$ more and get 15 mechs...

For the same reason people don't get suckered in buying those buy 2 for $5 instead of one for $3 when you know you'll never finish that second item... so it was a total waste of money anyway.

Those are never gonna be available for purchase.

That's not true - normal C-bill variants, without the special camo or 30% c-bill boost, will be made available as well.
