I swear I bought some pulse laser modules and put them in my Banshee before this patch, but they're not there and I can't seem to find them. Anyone else having this issue?

Possibly a known issue.
Try stripping the mech of weapons and modules, saving it, then logging off. Then log back on and check the mech and your inventory. If that doesn't work contact support@mwomercs.com and they'll help you out.
