I feel like I'm being dim. Where can you see the quirks for mechs in the new hanger?

You have to have a mech selected and in the mechlab, on the basic stats tab(armor, firepower, ect.ect.) there is a small arrow icon on the top left corner of that box, click it and it brings up quirks.

You can also view quirks from the Store page.

Neither are setup for quick reference like they used to be or should be.
