[Acheron Blade]

So I had to reinstall my copy of MWO and am trying to download a fresh copy from the main link "Download Now" because for some inexplicable reason, my startup/patch client would not start anymore today...it would pop up the MWO logo, but then freeze. I tried the repair tool and it found shader errors and supposedly fixed those, but the patch client would still not start. SO I figured, well, let me just uninstall and reinstall...

But in the process of downloading the game again, I keep getting the error message saying that "the MD5 Hash of the local file doesn't match that of the file on the server", and it gives me the option to retry or cancel. I have hit retry now about 10 times, but keep getting the same error. If I hit cancel, it drops me out of the patcher and I have to start all over.

This is really driving me crazy because I just was playing the game on this exact same PC last night.

Someone from PGI please help!

EDIT: Gave up trying to run the patcher to do a clean install...instead I copied over the version on my wife's pc and then ran the Repair tool on that and it seems to have fixed the issue for now...hopefully...
