Patches are issued every 1st and 3rd tuesday of the month (if there is a fifth tuesday, that one may have a patch as well).
Bug fixes are included in all of those patches. Critical bugs might recieve a hotfix outside of the normal update rythm.
You are long enough part of MWO to know about this by know.

yeah but I see things they SAID THEY WOULD FIX "NEXT PASS" and haven't so for a game so out of beta .. its got some pretty bad flaws
