Nothing currently. But once Community Warfare comes out in a little over a month it will determine which side you will fight for.
Take a look at the Community Warfare threads in the Command Chair section of the forums and you should get a pretty good idea of what to expect.

LoL Ok. 
I like the House Liao feel(and the sword standard) but I pilot Cicadas so I might have to switch to House Marik before this all kicks off. Decisions decisions....

Liao and Kurita are both heavily fighting Davions, but Davions have taken half of Liao territory before our CW even gets to begin.
House Marik is more of a user of tanks...sadly another thing we won't get to see much of. They also have awesome healthcare (I'm serious; they spent most of the time sitting out of the wars and spend most of the 3050 Invasion supplying the other factions with mechs, tanks and parts).
PGI is known for changing anything and everything they feel like... so yeah. No idea what we will see.
