I think you will agree significant progress has been made, for now most of PGIs resources are devoted to Community Warfare but that is not all that is happening,

And people whine that ghost heat ruins immersion. yeah, if it was never implemented the Clan mechs would be unstoppable, and PPC boats and the 7LL HBK-4P would be insane

I went back to May, not sure how long you were speaking of.
And by the way...if all you're planning on doing is going through the list one by one and dismissing every change as insufficient/overdue/not what you wanted in order to back up the anti-PGI narrative indicated by your posting history...don't bother. We don't care. Nobody's making you play MWO. Go your way, play other games, and leave us in peace.

They release a map each 2 months if we are lucky.
They only release Mechs and premium colors.
The graphics and optimization of the Cryengine is still not there, far from it, it has Alpha problems with it's graphics, performance and LOD.
The Interface sucks bad, the U.i 2.0 im talking about, they need to change that again all over.
All they do is add new problems and new bugs. Now that we have Clan mechs, makes no sense in using non-clan mechs, clan mechs are better than common ones in all sense.
All i see they do is balance back and forth stuff, new premium colors and mechs and a map every 3 months or so.

1) as new weapons and mechs capable of diferant combinations mf weapons are introduced it is discovered that a paticular combination is realy powerful, this is the nature of a game where you can mount combinations of weapons I suspect ballence changes will continue for the life of this game, this is not a bad think as it keeps the game fresh
2) when they were given the deadline for Clan mechs they had to redirect resorces from map developement, since Clans dropped they have been releasing 2 mechs for cbills each month, looks like maps are back to 1 every 2 months and judging by the Mech release schedual (look up; the Phase 2 and Resistance FAQs) it should average 2 Mechs a month until at least April 2015
3) they are releasing ,Mechs, Maps, Cockpit items, cammo patterns, modules, and by the end of the year another game mode
4) yes the UI2.0 Graphical User Interface is not good, the 1.x GUI was better in most respects but PGI are still working on it
5) this was first posted about 5 hours after the servers came up following the patch yeaterday so did you play after yesterdays patch before posting this?
Yesterday most IS mechs recived major improvements in the form of the quirk pass, it is too soon to say if everything is now viable (it will be at least 2 weeks before we start to see if a new meta emerges and what it is) but that was a huge step towards parity between the weaker IS mechs and the stronger Mechs (stronger IS Mechs already outperformed the weaker Clan Chassis).

Or taken notice of what Rebas Kradd so forthcomingly supplied ?
Well, time to smooth that shortcoming out I´d say or run danger of being called "whiny spheroid" forever ^^

sorry Heffay, you are mistaken.
HPG came in December 2013, we then had more than 9 months without a new map. however assuming PGI sticks to there schedule (and they have been on time with almost everything so far this year) we will have had 4 maps released between late September and end of the year, so an average of 1 a month for the final 4 months of 2014 or one every 3 months for the whole year
