No. It's common for 75 ton mechs to be special. Not sure what happened with the Orion, but 75, 55, and 35 tons have some of the qualities of the next higher Class, but lack the armor.

What happened with the Orion? It's a good mech, I almost solo'd a Timberwolf in mine the other night (I say almost because a light mech got in the last laser pew pew that finished it off). I went on to survive the match with 2 kills and 600+ damage. I can give you my build if you are having trouble with the Orions.

It was based on the tonnage to hexes you could move in TT. Certain tonnages were sweet spots and offered teh most free space. The Phoenix Hawk was the best for 6/9 movement for example being 45 tons. I believe the 75 ton is the best for 4/6 movement but its been a while since I've looked at TT rules.

Madcat is 75tn no doubt, but Madcat is better than many assaults in this game, no doubt.
And those who do not recognize:

Or maybe you fear another nerf? There is good mechs and less good ones, this is not bad into some limits, I like to face madcats every day and kill them in my IS mech, is much more rewarding.

TLDR, I assume its MoooOOOO over you being all sandy and butthurt. Sorry for hurting your feelings but the truth hurts.

So you have no real argument, no points to make, nothing to stand on, and so you resort to insults? Because you couldn't read/understand your opponent's argument? Good job on failing that.

Also, what am I butt hurt about? You're the one saying that the T-Wolf now sucks, and is awful, and I'm the one arguing that it isn't, and is still good. Yet I'm the one that's butt hurt because you failed at piloting one of the best mechs in the game? So far, it's been sounding like you're the one that's sounding very butt hurt over a fix to one of the strongest mechs in the game.

Do you even know what the words you're using even mean?

You know what? Unless you have a relevant argument to make, based on some semblance of reality, fact, and common sense, I honestly recommend you don't respond, you're at the point where you're basically grabbing a shovel to dig a bigger hole for yourself, and I would really rather the mods not get involved.

The Orion is kick ass.

This is my Orion Orion Clan Stomper

Just run that (stock engine btw, so very affordable), and enjoy wrecking test tube baby faces.

okay, i don't know if these are posted in here or not i wasn't reading of them to find out but the corrections bugged me.

there is not light mad cat, just med. heavy and assault.

the reason why no warhammer archer might be because the they at one time couldn't not be a part of BT universe over lawsuit from the creators of Robotech who remarkably (read..identical)mechs, FASA was no longer allowed to use them, don't know if the other two were in that same suit.

sorry just bugged me

Warhammer and archer are unseen owned by Harmony Gold, and I said that there were plans to introduce a madcat light version. Never said it was introduced, just that they contemplated the idea.
