I made a build for my Fang "Grendel" that utilizes the new tweaks.
XL300, 2 Large Pulse Lasers and an AC/10 with 2.5 tons of ammo.

The thing is fun to play again and can somewhat hold its ground against a heavy omni.
Thank you, PGI, for breathing new life into a forgotton hero.

I like being able to outrun a Timber Wolf, and that nice, high mounted shoulder hardpoint is great for brawling.
That said, I've been having a blast with my Fang. It's really an underloved mech, but it's always been a rock solid earner for me and a ton of fun to play. The new Quirks make it an excellent mid-range harrier, and I've been very pleased with the improved damage numbers I've been seeing post Quirkening.

I'd actually been playing my Fang for a while (the only hero mech I have... ah, the life of a casual), and I had fun before. Now, it's almost unbearable. Well, it gets unbearable when I drop with PUGs that are even worse than I am. But the quirks make it all the radder. I have 2 mpls though, instead of one of the lpls and some extra ammo. Super fun build.
