I need help ...

It's like sixth sense but with the critial damage sound. I hear it everywhere. Heck one guy at work has an Outlook notification sound that sounds similar to it as well. Another has a phone ringtone that is a critical warning.

And when the sound plays, I always think of those flashing red lights .. and I lose myself.
