I had issues with controls until I figured it out.

Do not add MWO to Steam big picture.

Add MWO to Gamestream (Geforce experience>preferences>gamestream)

Buy pinnacle game profiler(10 bucks on sale now) and download the MWO profile.

On your computer, run Pinnacle and send to background. Setup procedures are default, but dont say the game runs thru Steam.

ok now find MWO shortcut on the actual Shield portable in the Nvidia Hub and launch.

You cannot adjust assignments ingame and has to be made in Pinnacle.

I am still fiddling with sensitivity and deadzone. I think the ingame mouse controls effect the joysticks, as well as the settings in Pinnacle.

1 con - the targeting info ingame is unreadable. No way to tell distance cause its so tiny.

You may have better luck in mirror mode to a bigger screen, but would be nice to have an option to increase font size.

Enjoy playing MWO in your bed wirelessly under the covers without a mouse or keyboard.

then: can i play MWO in the nvidia shield portable ??? inst streamed to nvidia shield, rigth? I want to buy it just to this game.... Its a good quality playing it?
