Thought I would report what seems to be an irregularity with the new Ice Ferret. After piloting the mech almost nonstop for 2 days, around 5 hours per day, I noticed that the mech doesn't feel right. It seems to be even less maneuverable than my Hunchbacks, which are 5 tons larger and significantly slower, but I think I figured out the reason behind it.

On top of the mech's unforgiving boxiness and cockpit location (in contrast to its' weapon locations), the Ice Ferret keeps getting stuck on stuff. Just random stuff on the map. The kind of stuff that wouldn't stop a Commando, like light poles and small statues, are causing the Ice Ferret to stutter along or completely stop. This does not bode well for the mech, and I believe that it is some sort of glitch, because I do not remember having problems with the various statues and poles on River City in anything larger than a Locust.

So I am simply asking that someone take a look at the way the Ice Ferret collides with various items on a few of the maps, because the machine seems to be as maneuverable as a Quickdraw due to these collision issues. Even scraping against the sides of hills seems to slow this poor thing down!

EDIT: Was on Tourmaline Desert and most of the terrain on that map didn't seem to affect the mech, which was good for me at the time. For more proper testing I would suggest running around the D4 area of River City and the areas near uneven terrain in C4 of Frozen City. I would especially try scraping next to a couple of different hills on various maps, but I may have had problems next to hills because my legs were pointed slightly towards the slope. I just remember being in combat and trying to run along a section of a slope that doesn't normally slow my Mediums down, yet having a noticeable deceleration that may have cost me my Ice Ferret's arm.
P.S. Sorry if my English is terrible in a few areas, I'm quickly jotting this down between matches D:

The statues in front of "the citadel" on river city stop any 'mech, even 100tonners. They are, quite frankly, effing annoying.
Even more so if your 'mech is so tall you can't even see them below you.

I wasn't sure about the statues, what about the poles near them? I run into those poles all the time without problems, in any mech afaik. They stop me in my tracks while piloting the Ferret :(
