Is there a way I can have the game play in fullscreen mode on my secondary monitor only? I'm running windows 8 and I'd like to leave my cmaller touch screen as the primary and play the game on my larger standard secondary monitor. Is there a setting similar to WoW I am over looking?

Change it to windowed mode, move it over then switch back to full screen.
Windows does come with a way to move a screen from one monitor to another but I have been unsuccessful getting it to work with other than apps.
Locate and download Dual Monitor tools. It has a Swap Screen program that does work quite well.

What you can also do is set the monitor that you want your game to run on to your primary display, and then drag your taskbar over to whichever monitor you want. The taskbar doesn't necessarily have to reside on the primary display.
Be sure to unlock your taskbar first via right click.
