Well, after beeing around for some time now i gatherd a few minor annoying things in the listings that shouldn´t be to hard to fix.
Skilllist for mechs:
- If a mechchassisline is opend at the end of the list, the mechsymbols are out of clickrange (best example: Atlas). If clicked on it the whole list should make a little scroll upwards, so the icons/buttons of the opend chassisclass are clickable.
- When i open the chassislist for the Kitfox for example and then open the list for the Jenner, the list for the Kitfox isn´t closing. That makes the list longer and more confusing. There is not point in having both open, so just close the last used list when clicking on the next chassistype.
- The use of buttons to get into the mechtree of a chassistype are tiny and useless, why not open the selected type with a simple click on the mechpicture? There is no second use for a click on the icon like in the mechlab where i get the 3D-model pic and stats of that chassis.
- When leaving the mechtree with the "back"-button, i get back to the overview list like i left it. It would be more confortable if the selected chassislist is now on top of the list instead just in the position i enterd it. Example: Open the Atlas-List (its on then end of page) and get back.
Weaponslist:
- It doesn´t matter which category is opend, the sorting of weapons and ammo is a myst. There are some clusters (why is the ER-PPC between the er-me and the er-small lasers?), but flamers, PPCs or MGs look like they where just droped anywhere. It couldn´t be that hard to find a logical order for that listings. No matter which is choosen, everything is better then the existing chaos.
- The "sorting" of ammo is even worse then that of weapons. Just sort it in some way, that would help. And if a developer would put a cherry on it - just list ammos for weapons which are equiped at that moment. btw., thanks for not showing AMS ammo when the chassis in question didn´t sport an AMS.
- Icons for ammo,... some kind of sorting and some more opticaly identifable differences would be a pleasure. AMS and MG ammo look alike. Well, one should be a belt of 0.5 cal ammunition and the other is a kind of belt-feed-shootgun-ammo. Why is the UAC5 ammo the only ammo in the UAC-line that is pictured horizonticaly, all else is pictured verticaly?
Open for comments and additional points in that direction.
