Greetings,

If it's a Nvidia card, go to their site and look for the download programs for the different manufactures to adjust the fan speeds with reference to heat buildup.
Ref. here: http://www.nvidia.co....08-driver.html
(they list the default programs used for major brands.) ~ I have 2 Zotac cards so I use FireStorm, and the default system tools.

Whatever you use, set it to ramp up the fan speeds as the card heats up, at about 60C you should be running around 80% full speed, at 70 to 90C full speed to keep it cooled. Also insure that the case has room to vent the heat away from the area and not drawing in more heat.
(as a side note here, I also run a piped line from an air conditioner directly into the case, looped 'P trap' if there is any moisture, and it keeps the case at 32C. Freezing! But that's not for everyone.)

Just some idea's,

This seriously does not seem like an overheated GPU. He probably would have recognized it doing this in other games besides MWO.

OP: What kind of GPU do you have? Please try Display Driver Uninstaller(Or DDU as most would refer to it as), and dowload and reinstall the latest driver that's available to you.

Yup, seems more like a bad driver or a bad game install to me. An overheating GPU would give other kinda of artifacts. If it would have been overheating it would look more like this:

You would not miss models/textures, but you would see "weird" (coloured)lines and distortions. OP is missing textures/models it seems and having models/textures placed in the wrong spots.

Have you tried to change video settings ingame? Is this only happening in Mining collective?

Changing video settings might tell you if there is something that "corrupts" the game.
Like others said, update the GPU driver and if that doesn't help do a 100% removal of MWO. If you use the game un-installer it might leave things on your PC like config/profile files.

Knowing what GPU you are using would/could help a lot.

Ok, thanks for the info. Any chance your running on directx11 in the settings? Or, have you played with any of the graphics options in the CCC(Catalyst Control Center) recently? I remember running a 7850 back when and I got a lot of invisible textures and all sorts of oddities. Turns out MWO conflicted with the CCC settings that I had set, and after resetting them, everything went back to normal.

Well I haven't played in Catalyst Control at all since my hard drive had a break down and I re-formated it and I play on directx9 and not 11... Can't wait to get my hybrid 2tb hard drive lol
