well..what can i say...since the last patch i try everything to play but was impossible..i loose all the weekend event cos that... try to get those things I can not buy cos my economy.
i read lot of ppl having the same problems with the game but i didnt saw any hotfix or nothing to try to fixit.
PGI pls try to get some ppl on weekends to help ppl like me and the others and dont get so much time to give answer...i sent a mail on Wednesday with the things thay ask me to attach and i still waitng.

You need to elaborate on the problem you're having. Is the launcher not patching the game? Is it crashing?

Either way, if you've already sent in a request for support you need to be patient. They'll get back to you, but they would no doubt already have a lot of work to sift through.

Did you run the repair tool? Reset router/modem, flush DNS, etc?

He's asking a legitimate question. What is the specific problem you're having? Is the patcher not finishing? Does it crash in the mechlab? You never specified. Endless patching as in you can't get past the patcher window? It normally takes a long time for the "Finishing" step.

You might be better off with a complete reinstall. Other than that, contact support.

I think it's a problem with one of their content providers being behind in the updates, thus causing this to occur.

well i did all the thing istall the game again...repair tool...sent the mail to the support with the files who ask me to send...
i dont know whats going on..if i do the patch (5.6 g patch) i can launch the game but once i close the game and i want to launch the client again the patch appears again to be install. I read the forum watching is someone i having the same problem and i saw lot of ppl with the same problem and no one can fix it.
Its like the patcher do the job just in a temp folder and not in the game folders.
