PGI could give it to us at some point. Along with MRMs, if they're nice. Though, timeline and all that.

Gotta say either this or adding light fusion would neatly solve peoples problems with the Flame's quirks.

Expediting light fusion would be my strong preference here as it doesn't bend lore as badly and would be a good overall buff to IS mechs.

And can not mount and XL and A/C20 on a Catapult K2 also :/

It's part of the reason that if you want an XL engine and a hard hitting ballistic mounted on the torso, you go to a gauss rifle. Time to start practicing hitting things with the charge mechanic.

I got SS around with 3 kills with like 144 damage, easy playstyle really. You just hide behind the friendly fatties and poke the weak spots when they are opened up.

I prefer the Gauss Raven to the Boom Raven, but the same principle applies - shoehorn the biggest gun you can find into the smallest mech. Heck, if you want to run no armour and only have 7 shots, you can put an AC10 in a locust.

Then there's the Dual AC20 Blackjack which is a whole other kind of nuts...

they´ll probably make a timeline jump, but not in the next 7 months i guess...

bushwacker in a package, IS weapons like ssrm 4/6, er-meds and smalls, mrm and all that tier 2 stuff... will happen, matter of time...

I think... No. hasn't been allowed for 30 years no need to change it now. It would be nice, but I can do fine without.

From a conversation I had with Russ on the topic of the Light Fusion engine, I pointed out that the prototypes are 3053, not that far off, with full production being in the 3060's. I also pointed out it would go a long way to help the Clan XL advantage, that people seem to call for blood over...

At the time, he said that they wanted to do one season of CW first, to see how it went, before looking at the light Fusion engine.
