the long queue time should at least give a good match but almost all the matches has been 1 sided 12 - 2 to 12 -5.
Shorten the queue time on solo queue i am pretty sure game quality cant get worse then it is now.

First Learn 2 carry harder
second things could be alot worse if they did open up everything
Third, see the first point again.

its not about carrying its about balance when i win i win games like 12 - 2 12 -5 and when i loose its the same type. After the tonnage balance and long queue game quality still remains the same

Oh yes it is...
I play mainly lights / mediums and I rarely wait more then 30s for a connection...as for game outcomes, wait time has nothing to do with that...
That's the risk you take pugging or going 4 man....

okay i got my snarky out of the way
going by your posts i'm going to guess you haven't been playing very long. If thats the case (fewer then say 50-100 games)
your probably still sitting in the ELO hell ranges.
If you have been playing awhile and just only post rarely then ELO Hell is still a possibility but there are alot of other factors that could be effecting your gameplay experience. Some PGI could probably help but alot they cant.
For one depending on your normal play times it could just be the Quantity/Quality of other players you are running into.
The only real options you have currently (at least until PGI gets its match maker fixed and in order)
is look at the players/mechs you are dropping with, If you are noticing Size/Role gaps try to play in a mech to fill those roles. If your dropping in alot of games with your teams missing ECM, then take an ECM mech. Missing LRM's take an LRM boat, got the LRM's but no spotters? take a light with tag.
Alot of the games i see go 12 to 0 it was a domino effect that could have been prevented if one or two roles were being filled.
Its a crappy answer i know but it can help.

Rule of Thumb: The longer the Queue Time the less balanced the Teams!
MM works that way that all the rules to deliver a good match experience will be losened over time until they have almost no effect and a Patchwork Team of significantly different skilled Players will be setup that meets an "average skill" threshold that is purely cosmetic -> extremely incoherent Teams guarantee pretty much extremely incoherent Teamwork pretty much guarantee extremely incoherent match experiences.
Player on the edges of the Elo Curve be most like affected by this as they belong to the smallest pool of Players.
