1: DRASTICALLY lower the cost of modules (about 50 percent) as they are essentially stuck behind a double grind wall of gxp and c-bills. As necessary as they are, I understand they have high value, but there are enough mechs and modules in this game that new players don't need to be grinding 6 million c-bills for a module when they already have new engines and mechs they need to buy. I mean 6 million c-bills is as much as a HEAVY mech, that's absurd. For that matter, I don't even really see why gxp should be needed just to unlock the "rights" to then buy the modules. Its just a little ridiculous and it turns players away as it already takes forever to afford three variants of a chassis to unlock its full potential.
This would allow for a moderately faster feel of progression, where the player will more quickly hit the real hard cap on their progress: mechbays. And since those are cheap, people will be more likely to buy more of them if they run out of them faster from faster progression. Yes there will be a few who abuse that and sell more mechs and only use the free mechbays, but people THAT determined to free-ride will likely do that regardless.

2: Either flatten out the skill tree and eliminate the basic/elite/master distinction and the requirement of having three variants of each chassis AND/OR at the least make speed tweak a basic skill.....or remove it as its just too long of a competitive disadvantage you must suffer through, especially if you are a new player trying to learn in the group queue.

3: Please change how premium time works so that it either a) only runs when you are actually logged in to MWO so people don't waste the vast majority of it or B) switch to a premium match based system that the player can activate in batches or just whenever they feel like. The end result would be about he same, either way would be a huge benefit and would be extrememly appreciated by your customers.
People will be more likely to buy more premium time if they feel that when they do buy it, that it isn't a waste. You have an older gaming population here, by default the average player cannot even use 2/3rds of their premium time in many cases. This is simply unfair and is bad business ethics.
The more ethically you treat your customers, the more likely they are to trust you with their money and recommend your product to others.

Please strongly consider these suggestions, thank you.
