Hi PGI,

I will probably never pay for any more mechs, MC or premium time ever again. I have all the mechbays, mechs, cbills & MC I'll ever need or want. What I do want however is for bugs to be fixed. If you fix the bug where thermal vision doesn't work with TXAA & MSAA I'll buy the $80 IS resistance pack. The game has no real antialiasing besides TXAA & MSAA and otherwise looks horrible. If thermal vision worked in TXAA & MSAA antialiasing modes I would enjoy the game a lot more and is worth a lot more to me than having mechs, MC, prem time or cbills.

Do you really believe they leave the bugs in intentionally, because they want to add another mech or two?

Bug fixes happen all the time, but they can't be performed by the designers or marketing guys. They need to be adressed by the software engineers. And those need to have free time to fix them. As with any other project, things get prioritized, features, bugs content. All of it!

The people making mechs aren't the ones fixing bugs.

I'm not trying to imply anything in my post other than that I am willing to give PGI money to fix bugs.

If that's true, then why aren't you willing to give PGI money now so that they have a steady revenue stream so they can continue to pay the engineers who do fix bugs?

As someone who has already bough the resistance pack, I vote for this being moved up priority. Although it's not so bad because you can just shoot for the black blobs.

On the other hand, it's helpful to tell when someone is lying about if they have "max specs on" and are getting 80fps. When you see them playing frozen city the entire match with thermal on, you know they don't have TXAA/MSAA turned on.

We're still working on heat-vision under MSAA and TXAA, so keep an eye out for updates there.

Really? Is this the way you spend your money? Isn't it supposed to be the other way around? Someone provides a quality product/service, THEN you spend your money on that? Because it IS a quality product/service?
To OP: Mate I can understand what your saying. You, like me, love the idea of a mech game, but obviously are not happy with the outcome so far. And this is where we see things diffrently: I'm not going to spend any more money till they do their job properly.

Problem is that they can't both do lots of work on CW and fix bugs and people voted for CW instead. Hopefully once CW is out, they can't prioritize working on bugs higher.
