Greetings from MilitaryGamers / Military Gamers / MilitaryGamers.com!

This is the official guild recruitment listing for MilitaryGamers.com, the world’s premier multi-platform, multi-game online community by and for US military service members.

We’re always looking for men and women, who have either served in the past or are presently serving in any branch of the United States Armed Forces, to join our ranks.

If you would like to learn more about our community, or if you would like to register an account and become a member, please head over to our website at www.militarygamers.com.

About MilitaryGamers.com

Our members hail from every branch of the US military, nearly every occupational specialty, all rates and ranks, from E-1 through O-6, and from duty stations and their homes the world over. We have or have had branches (clans, guilds, corporations, outfits, etc.) in nearly ever major game title over the past 7 years, where we have established a solid, respected name for ourselves. With hundreds of members in countless games, including Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade, we think you’ll find that we’re the last gaming community you’ll ever need to join!

Things You Will Find in the MilitaryGamers Community

Comradery, Esprit de Corps, professionalism, a relaxed, casual atmosphere, and most importantly, folks who "get it”. As our motto, “Tantum Nos Teneo”, states, “Only We Know”.

Things You Won't Find in the MilitaryGamers Community

Within the MilitaryGamers.com community, you will not find any “realism” units or the like. If that’s what you’re looking for, please look elsewhere. We do not simulate a military environment or organization. We don’t have to. We’ve all “been there, done that”. You won’t find any phony rank structures being worn by people who haven’t earned the right to be addressed as such. We do organize our community staff, and occasionally some game branches using generic military titles, such as “CO”, “XO”, “Officer”, “NCO”, etc. because it is familiar to us and identifies who’s running what within the community. These titles, however, do not magically bestow anyone with the right to expect anyone else to treat them as anything but an equal. We have members from all walks of life, all branches of the service, and of all rates, ranks, statuses, and vocations and when they cross our doorstep, everyone is treated with equal courtesy and respect. Within MilitaryGamers.com you will not find any puffed-up “internet commandos” or teenage “squeekers” giving you orders and telling you to address him as “Sir”. Everyone is 18 or older.

As a veteran I really enjoy playing with this group. It's like playing with family since they all know what we went through.

I'm always really stoked to see fellow Brothers in Arms. After finding MG I realized it was going to be the last gaming community that I would ever need to join. They have helped me through a lot of times, and it's good to always be with people who understand what's going on.

We're all Clan Wolf in game. Some folks never chose an individual clan before joining the unit.

Yes! Some of them are new and in the process of changing their tags. MilG is officially aligned with Clan Wolf, and new players that play as a part of the MWO branch should change their faction tags so that they are in proper uniform in game. That said there are MilG members that play other games and have joined other units in the MWO universe. We do not require our members to be a part of our outfit if they wish to play with other friends.

I cleaned up this thread. Let me say a word or two.

1) The Clans have no special recruiting section, so this thread belongs here. No need to report about moving it to another section.

2) We don't want personal issues solved here, especially recruiting threads are the wrong place for it.

3) If offending posts appear, don't answer them, don't quote them, just report them. That's all.

Please watch these rules, you will lighten our workload and avoid warnings in the future. Thank you in advance.
