I did a google search and it cannot give an easy link.
why does MWO make so much basic info so hard to find?

Right now, Kit Fox.

Soon:

Mist Lynx, then Hellbringer.

Kinda sorta half true. The Kit Fox is capable of mounting ECM but you have to use a specific Omnipod on the arm, so technically none of them come with ECM capability, but you can make them all ECM mechs.

Another easy way is to open your Mechlab, change it to purchasable Mechs, and mouse over them. Then you can see on the right side which ones have ECM slots.

Sarna is another helpful resource. But for such a specific question you'll probably want to either consult smurfy to see what is in game or ask the community what is possible.

Well, ECM is pretty rare and there will usually be a few threads when a new ECM mech comes out. For quick reference, the current and announced Clan mechs that have ECM are: Mist Lynx, Kit Fox, and Hellbringer.

SMURFY still needs some work for clan mechs. It's invaluable for IS but for now it's not the best for clans yet. You just kind of have to "know" it from prior games, look at mechs about to be released and see which have ECM on them or simply ask on the forums :)

First response you got was best. The Kit Fox is currently the only ECM capable clan mech. Buy any Kit Fox, then buy the arm omnipod (S i believe) that supports it and you're golden.

Mist Lynx and Hellbringer are the upcoming clan mechs that will also support ECM and the same rules apply.
