All are Battletech games, in that universe in some way or another. What the hell would they otherwise be? I f you mean they arent made after tabletop rules and like the upcoming BT game, then I understand.
Different types of BT games with different franchise names, telling their part in the grand scheme of things regarding BT.


You know what. I highly doubt MA would ruin anything regarding mech sims, well thats why it turned into its own sub franchise, so it wouldnt have anything to do with the Mech Warrior games, gameplay wise.

Im a hybrid gamer and I LOVED MA back in the game ( the Ragnarok mech was freaking TERRIFYING!), I did play MW4 alot too and like them both for what they was.
I just highly regret my very first xbox is dead and I never got the chance to play MA 2.

I watched lets play of that game and just how they improved upon the story which as fars as I know were semi-canon. Yeah some ceesy bits but C'MON! It was imo part of the charm for both games.
And you could kick Blakes behind, which was a big plus, and in the second game you had some immersion of getting in and out of your mechs and being in an elemental, now thats something!

I want a Mech Assault 3, a Mech Warrior 5 and I cant wait to play the upcoming Battletech game!
I like all of them! Oh and Mech Commander 3 would be nice too!

MechAssault was exactly what it was supposed to be; a dumbed-down, console version of Mechwarrior.

It wouldn't make sense to make a game like that for the PC.

Hmmm this thread came back from the dead, and I don't have a long enough rope to hang it dang....



Mechasualt was the thig that got me so obsessed in Battletech and it mechs (Mostly the mechs). It was a nice game for it's own series and gave you that badass feel when you had to fight shittons of Blakes/ites/ Corn Blakes? Especially with the Battle Armor and just hack them 24/7

Also have my favorite OST in it.

I like both actually.

When I want to kick back and shoot the sh*t with giant robits I play mechassault.

When I feel in the mode for something more serious I play MW.

There was a semi enclosed arcade cabinet with the full 10 yards of cotpit gear at chuck'e'cheese's of MW but it was kinda like mechassault and I was stuck on everytime I went there.

I really wanted that cabinet, and still do.

I really should look at dates more often, I didn't realize this was some necronomicon sh*t. lol
