Question is related to the server farms and their opposed geographical region. Many MMO's impose either loose or strict geo-zoning dependent on contracts and distribution agreements with local companies.
Will MWO have any geo-zoning, and if so is it enforced either through cd-key authentication with launcher and gateway server or through IP zoning at the front end.
If there are IP zoning restrictions, as many people know, there are ways around this through IP tunneling etc. Whilst I'm not expecting companies to support IP Tunneling, what i would like to know is there any repercussions for genuine players who wish to connect to a particular regions gaming servers instead of their local regional ones.

Right now. There is only one zone: NA. There is no IP blocking so you are free to play as long as you get decent pings making the game playable.
Other regions are still a 'maybe' at this point. More than likely there will be eu servers, possible other server in Oceania. Others? Maybe.
