Wont they use a Battle Value system like in the table top game? Better tech = higher battle value and a light mech can indeed have the same Battle Value of a atlas... seems to me that would be the best method.

Isn't it sad that the most comparable game current popular game is WOT? ... maybe it bodes well for mechwarrior - hope so. ... anyhow turreted attack vehicles are hardcoded into our DNA as awesome since ww2

I hope and pray that the devs here will spend more time getting the Match maker working much better than WoT .. especially since you can do the mech lab and modify your mech.
