Well if it makes you feel better I have a GTX 760 and I have no issues either.

I have a 760 as well and I have to run everything on Medium if I want a solid 60.

Overclocked 4.8ghz 4670k

Need moar MHz! MW:O definitely responds to increases in CPU speed.

And you need to add a RAM stick to activate the third memory channel on that CPU (assuming you have 2x 4GB sticks). Might only get you an extra few percent of performance, but you clearly need all you can get.

You need to make sure you are getting up to 4Ghz plus, which you need to manually overclock for as the 930 has a tiny inbuilt Turbo frequency of 3.06Ghz.

Google will find you loads of articles on how to do it.

MWO is really sensitive to CPU speed for some reason, this so should up your minimum FPS. Also turn particles and shadows to the lowest settings it could help a bit in the meantime.

You should be getting the same FPS as me with that card, so I reckon it is your CPU.

Sounds reasonable, thank you. But lookin' at all of mine CPU load monitors while playing, i never see higher than 80% at any of the cores. Does it really matters here?

It does. My new card gave me no performance increase until I upgraded my old i7@2.93Ghz to the new i7@4.0Ghz
