I've always found it unreasonable to charge to downgrade from artemis or double heatsinks. If you had them in the first place they should still be in your inventory and available at no charge.
If you argue that the charge is to equip/unequip the mech then why wouldn't you charge for every change then whether you own the item or not?

I agree , should have made this a poll. I think its utter bullshit to charge for down grades. It's just makes the game that much more grindy.

I understand the need for us to grind more for the game but, yeah the DHS/Artemis downgrades having a cost always bugged me.
