[Little Details]

Wonder how long it takes to get the mastery pack after ordering. Been 12 hours so far so I'm assuming it's a manual type of injection thing. Hope I get it this weekend for the 2.5x XP instead of Monday

Guys the error message with pay pal, needs to be resolved with pay pal. Give them a call or try another card. their payment security system is a little over protective. like a dad and his teenage daughter.

i believe that the delay, as with most 3rd party rewards, is due to this not being a local reward and having to wait for for both karma kone and paypal to confirm the conditions have been met. just MHO YMMV

Called, them spent twenty minutes on the phone, tried multiple web browsers, clearned cache, etc. Got dissmissed with a "it will take about 20 minutes for the (unspecified) changes to take effect on their system, try again later".

The effort is no longer worth a hunchback mastery pack, and the hunhback master pack was the primary incentive to purchase MC at this time.

Odd. I ordered through Chrome on windows 7 and I received my karma koin codes, just fine. I have yet to receive my Mastery pack though. I wonder if they'll give us them on the deadline, like the other deadline based mechs.

On my side, I finally got everything to go through after having to call PayPal directly and have them on the phone while I made the transaction. Seems the security protocols with KarmaKoin purchases or with PayPal gift cards in general are a tad too sensitive. Good luck to everyone else!

So 2 hours on the phone with paypal and I can't get it to work-so I'm giving up. Last call I was guaranteed "wait 1 hour for our system to reload and it should work for you"


Ok so I tried it one last time and called again so the 3rd persons -Boss- seems to have fixed my problem so I finally got it to work I may even try one more time to top up my MC for the year

So I temp fate and try it again --and it doesn't work anymore I'm 99.9995% sure its a paypal issue. At least I got it to work once

So I called again to see if PayPal could get it to work again no such luck
First they ask me about a car I owned for 3-4 months almost 4 years ago (I couldn't remember the year on my winter junker)
Then they ask me for the Birth date of DXXX GXXX Jr same name as my father but he's not a junior Then I end up on hold for 30 minutes by which time I have to go to an appointment. Mind you I've already made and paid for 1 purchase.
I closed my account and told them if my chaise is PayPal or not to purchase I will just not purchase I guess I should count myself lucky I got it to work once

But the CPLT-A1 showed up without a problem

got my mastery pack injected about 12 hours ago, very late at night. i made the purchase Friday about 11am CST, so that's about 36 hours to wait.

I just logged in this afternoon and found the mastery pack waiting in my mechbay. I too made my purchase about 11AM CST on Friday.

The rewards really do need the length of the 48 hours, so don't honestly bother to expect it immediately.

If it fails to come within 48 hours, feel free to complain to Support.

I find it ridiculous that I had to call PayPal to authorize a payment to PayPal. The error message suggested I try a different payment option. So I tried 4 different payment options & 3 different browsers before I finally just called PayPal. Definitely one of my most annoying online shopping experiences.
