Work on torso twist in-game during a brawl.

This is probably advice I should take since I am learning centurions right now.

In all seriousness though torso twisting has saved my butt several times. Even in locusts

True dat - been running a STD 180 on my 1E (partially because with 6SL there was more tonnage than space left - and I did not have a 185 or 190 std) and have survived a surprising amount of abuse in it (both physical and verbal )

(I'm more of a jump and turn person, but the other Summoner demonstrates it near the end as does the Timber Wolf on more than one occasion).
To note: Under normal circumstances even two Summoners don't stand much of a chance against a Timber Wolf in Mechwarrior, especially when all mechs are stock. (In BT it's about 60/40 in their favor; in MWO it's about 20/80 in favor of a TW in a straight fight. The lack of huds severely hindered the TBR here.)
Had I twisted more, I likely could have survived this fight. My my tanky DPS builds have spoiled me rotten.
